Lost and found pets - sharing your details
Sharing your details with us helps us assist you more efficiently by reuniting you with your lost pet or bringing a found pet to you. By sending your information you understand that in case of a missing pet your contact information will be made public and will be shared with a found pet's guardian.
To claim your pet
To make an appointment to claim your lost pet contact our company. To redeem an animal, you must be 18 years old or older. At the time of reclaim the following identifying details shall be provided:
- License Evidence
- Proof of inoculation of rabies
- Sterile Certificate
- Pet Care History
- Documents of adoption or purchase
- Microchip specifics
- Animal photo (combined with the above documents)
- Government identification (i.e. driver's license, passport) MUST be available.
- MUST HAVE relevant fees (cash, MasterCard or Visa) no redemption checks
Without evidence of ownership, it is for the safety of the owner and the pet that we cannot hand over any pet.

Če izgubljeni ljubljenček nima identifikacijske oznake, ga bomo obdržali nekaj dni, da bodo imeli lastniki dovolj časa za iskanje svojega ljubljenčka. Vsakega izgubljenega ljubljenčka objavimo tudi na naši spletni strani, zato si poglejte tudi tam.
Po enem ali dveh tednih bo postal primeren za posvojitev, če ga do tedaj ne bo nihče prijavil in je zdrav.
