- Back up. Back up, Back up …everything you print, save it on your flash drive, or send it to your own email. If you have a physical document, scan it and save it. Once you’ve done that you can rest comfortably knowing that you can make a copy anytime you need.
- If your documents are confidential, don’t carry them around in paper or plastic envelops – use a briefcase with a keylock.
